Purpose of This Website

Therapy Without Borders is a policy and advocacy initiative focused on expanding access to mental health care across state lines.

This website provides educational and advocacy-related information only.

Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Legal advice

  • Professional consultation

Use of this website does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.


Donations

When you make a donation:

  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • You understand your contribution supports advocacy and operational activities which may not be tax-deductible. 

  • Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 7 days.

Payment processing is handled through Squarespace and its third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information.


No Guarantee of Outcomes

Therapy Without Borders engages in policy education and advocacy.


We do not guarantee:

  • Legislative outcomes

  • Regulatory changes

  • Policy adoption

  • Specific impact results

Advocacy outcomes depend on external governmental processes.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with site functionality

  • Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
