Help make mental health care borderless
Every year, thousands of people lose access to therapy simply because they move, attend college out of state, or cross state lines for work. Their therapist can't legally continue care. The relationship ends. Treatment is disrupted.
Therapy Without Borders exists to change that. Your donation directly funds the policy research, advocacy tools, and public campaigns needed to make mental health care work across every state line.

Who's behind Therapy Without Borders
Therapy Without Borders was founded by Ashley Womble, a mental health policy advocate with direct experience navigating the broken interstate licensing system from both the provider and operational sides of telehealth.
Our work sits at the intersection of policy research and public advocacy — we build the data tools, legislative resources, and public campaigns needed to push every state toward accessible, borderless mental health care.
